Quality & Performance Assurance
Every XJL-D9 unit undergoes the following before delivery:
- Waterproof & pressure-leak test: hull integrity verified under pressure to ensure no water ingress during sustained operation.
- Buoyancy & load test: confirmed buoyancy ≥1500N and towing capacity ≥500 KG (max. towing force 5000N) with an 8.5 kg adult on board.
- Thruster & propulsion test: dual ducted pump-jet systems run at full load to verify 7 m/s no-load speed and 3 m/s loaded speed.
- Drop-impact test: units are dropped from 30 m height into water and re-tested for full functionality.
- Battery & endurance test: military-grade LiFePO4 battery cycled to confirm 90 min endurance (60 min with passenger) and fast-charging performance.
- Remote control & GPS test: 2000 m surface control range, GPS/BeiDou positioning, and one-button return (return-to-start error ≤1.5 m) verified on water.
- Wave-resistance test: operation confirmed in Level 4–5 wave conditions.
